We had a great time at this place. The lake is so beautiful and the house is cosy and had enough room for everyone. Be aware that the yard is not fully fenced in, in case you bring a dog. Also, the neighbors dogs are free roaming. This was not an issue with our dog but I felt like they used our yard as a bathroom and I had to clean up way more than just from one dog.

Prior to visit attempted to communicate adding a pet, instead of a $50 fee it was over $400. No response upon arrival with concerns regarding boat launch & dock being unavailable. The house needs a deep cleaning & stocking of garbage bags, foil, paper towels. Numerous exterior lights burnt out, 3 of 4 lights in vent burnt out. No book with instructions to tv, WiFi, fireplaces, speaker system. No extra blankets, no sheet on master bedroom only a comforter. There were cigarette butts in the planters & backyard had not been picked out p in some time from dog poop. The exterior camera near the bedroom that exits to the deck & hot tub is pointed directly on the hot tub & door, not out into yard. There is limited outdoor furniture. Evolve was the worst experience & will never book if they are involved.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Overall we had a great stay and would love to stay again in the future.

The place was clean and easy to find. My friends and dog had a good time. Wifi was good and neighborhood is very nice. The local contact was very responsive and addressed any concerns we had immediately. We were expecting the backyard to be fully fenced but it’s actually open to the front and the pups in the next house can cross over the fence and come into the yard. We had to keep our dog on leash in the backyard because he doesn’t play well with small dogs. Neighbors were nice though.
