Phillip and Michelle were absolutely wonderful hosts. I arrived later than anticipated, and so was not able to meet them to obtain the keys from them. Their instructions on where to find the keys were easy to follow and upon a quick phone call to clarify the code, I was inside with very little issue. The whole inside was spotless and very cosy; it was a lovely place to relax in the evenings, would definitely book again.

Phil was an amazing host. I had a flat tyre but had to go to work, even though check out was in the morning, Phil was kind enough to let me go back to the place after work so I didn’t have to wait in my car for a mechanic. He also picked up milk for me, before I arrived. The place was perfect and Phil’s hosting was so gratefully received. I work in Leeds through the week and this is the perfect spot for corporate stays. The bed and sofa was really comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, just great all round. Thank you so much!

Myself, my partner and a friend stayed recently for 2 nights for a music event nearby. Phillip was a great host, communicated well and responded very quickly when messaged. The apartment was stunning! Photos don’t do it justice, we had everything we needed for a perfect stay including air con which was amazing with the hot weekend we stayed on. I would definitely return if we come to another event at temple newsman and I would recommend this air bnb to my friends and family 😊

Clean and in a convenient location. Modern and homely. Important for guests to read house rules and requirements before booking. My experience was unfortunately not the best, I (alone) rented at the same time as a group who rented the flat next door from the same host. The house rules state parities aren’t allowed and also gives guidance on ‘quiet times’, this was not adhered to. The other group was loud from check in to check out, especially during the night between 10pm and 5am. The properties walls are not very thick so noise can easily be heard. The hosts were kind enough to remind the other party about the house rules, but unfortunately this did not work. The hosts were then notified again but due to it being out of hours, they were not able to provide a solution, leading to a poor stay for myself.

Amazing place, very clean and tidy! Exactly what you'd expect from a 5* Airbnb with the added luxeries you would find at a hotel!
