This was a great place to stay. It was comfy and in a great community! It’s very close to downtown and walkable. Zoie is super friendly and responsive! If you’re looking for a cozy place with a walking distance of fun shops/downtown and good restaurants, this is the place! The place matches the pictures too, no surprises! I’d definitely make it a point to come back if in the area again!

We had a fantastic stay. Our plan was to relax and since we were booking around our son’s spring break from school we wanted to stay a short distance from beach congestion while still being close enough to visit Clearwater Beach for the day. This was perfect. We really enjoyed the house and the pool. Our teenage son stayed in the back bedroom and enjoyed having his own space and the Xbox was a great amenity for that room. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe and was pleasant to walk. Safety Harbor is a quaint town with many good restaurants. Everything in the house was in good working order. The kitchen was well equipped and the host was very friendly and quickly responded to the questions we asked. The bedrooms were of adequate size and mattresses comfortable. The utility room was a nice surprise, with full size washer and dryer and laundry pods provided so we could wash some towels and some of our own things too. Nice beach gear was available for our use. This property is a gem.

We had such a great trip! The area is adorable. Lots of art in the community, great restaurants, so many great local businesses! We had one issue with the pool heat but Zoie was very communicative and took care of it. The space was perfect for our family of four. My kids loved the “man cave”!

Extremely quick and responsive, flexible check in was super helpful, very clean and tidy, quiet neighborhood that was walking distance to downtown. Awesome stay!
