Extremely displeased with Errin’s accommodations. On arrival it was evident that the apartment above was under construction and the debris was all left near the entrance of our rental. This was not a humongous deal and I am a reasonable person so let it slide. Then we went to use the toilet and it was leaking near the base. The leak was substantial enough that I notified the owner and she stated she couldn’t have a plumber over until the following day, but for the time being we couldn’t really use the toilet. I requested a discount for the inconvenience and she stated that’s not an option and we could leave. I requested a refund and was told that she would need to contact air b n b. After hours had passed I made the call and rectified the issue. She accused me of causing the issue and it was a slap in the face after dealing with her sewage leak. The unprofessionalism I received from the owner of this place was unreal. Do not rent this place the owner and the area are seedy!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Errin qui est très réactive et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Les matelas sont vraiment très confortables et tout est à disposition pour cuisiner sur place :)

Loved the place & the location. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything you need to make a tasty meal! We were having issues with the keypad one night & Errin made sure to come by in the early morning hours to make sure it was working properly! Would definitely stay again.
