I had a simple room with fan on the second floor with palm trees just outside my window/door. I really liked the room simple and cozy. They have a rooftop on the third floor from where you can see the ocean and the surf break. The rooftop have the ability to be really good are for hangout, or perhaps a cool bar. But there was only two hammocks and a place to hang laundry. Overall a good place to stay with friendly and helpful staff! Hope to see you again✌🏻

The room was nice, though reeeeally tiny. But nice bed and everything you need. The bathroom was a little bit dirty, but we got used to it in SriLanka. The location is good. There's even a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.

Lovely small family-run set of rooms with ensuites for rent for short or long term by tourists (generally surfers), directly adjacent and above family home in Gurubibela, about 2 km north of Weligama. This is one of several similar guesthouses in this area.

Coconut Surf stay was exactly as we expected, simple clean accommodation very close to the beach. There is an upstairs open area for meals and you can sea the beach from there. Chinthaka and his father, Donald, are very kind and helpful people. We enjoyed the curry they prepared very much.
