Tahnees place was a good place to sleep. It was clean. On the other had it seemed to be furnished with storage war and 2 nd hand furnishings. One frame was extremely old rusty and gave my dad the creeps. He said it came out of 1800s horror film. The mattress was clean newer and so were the sheets on both beds. The light cover in the kitchen was missing but it was functional. The floor is all linoleum. so if you have an old person who has trouble walking or even an old dog beware. It was ok. but very 1960s to 1970s. They had a washer and dryer which came out handy!

Was traveling through town with my husband, this place was conveniently located right next to a pub eatery, gas station and access to a hot spring if you so chose to indulge. A cute little town in a beautiful valley. My only negative complaints were that although the house was very clean, it did have a very specific cat urine smell, and the shower had a leak from the knobs that drained all over the bathroom floor, also the bedroom doors were hard to close because of misaligning on the frame. Still for the price, we were mostly satisfied with our stay. Thank you to the host.

Man grab a couple of vhs tapes from the thrift store and have fun. The wallpaper and the stove and so “cool” retro. This is the kind of place that makes you plan for your retirement. Four stars.😀

Both beds are really comfy, certainly did not send us running! We plan to return and next time stay 2 nights! The views are stunning! and the area is peaceful and only a short drive to our favorite soak. This was our second trip to Tahnee's place. I've stayed a lot of places in Hot Springs and this is a great deal for four of us to share and have a great place to enjoy our evenings. Thanks Tahnee for being flexible and responding quickly to our questions!
