Очень удобная и функциональная квартира с хорошей аурой. Ощущаешь себя с комфортом, как дома. Наргиза настроила быт в квартире лучшим образом. Останавливась на 2 недели. Район с очень развитой локацией. Общественный транспорт в шаговой доступности, до любой точки Ташкента можно добраться на метро, автобусе. Наргиза моментально откликалась на любую просьбу. Если повторно будем в Ташкенте, обязательно остановимся здесь. Спасибо, Наргиза.

The place is very spacious and clean. There were some problems with the window locks eventually got resolved but the communication were difficult. The host does not speak English, and most communications were dealt by her son who lives few time zones away. And the host’s husband’s attitude made me feel uncomfortable. Overall I think there is room for the service to be improved.

Very clean and pleasant apartment without any hint of previous guests, like hair anywhere. We felt perfectly at home. Nargiza was welcoming and responsive from the beginning to the end, she even did our registration for us. The apartment has absolutely everything you could need. One day we forgot about the kettle on the stove and it melted, but Nargiza took it with a smile, and we happily compensated her for the expenses for a new kettle. The internet speed is 40Mbps, works ok but even slower in the far room. All shops and the market are very close. The only downside was that the trash bins were far away, but it's not a problem to walk to them. The area is guarded, the building and the apartment are new, it feels like nobody lived there before us. There is an excellent view from the window in both directions. The windows are good, you can't hear any noise at all. The heating is great, it was even very hot. There are air conditioners in all rooms. In general, we had a great time!

My parents truly enjoyed their stay at Nargiza’s place. Even before arrival Nargiza was quick to respond all my questions regarding location, amenities, “how to get” questions, etc. Nargiza met my parents at the apartment at arrival, helped with WiFi connection, answered all the questions, and overall made their arrival experience extremely welcoming. The apartment was nice and clean, also conveniently located. Would highly recommend this place!
