Terrible! She allowed us to book over the holidays then told us we couldn’t come out of our room because she was having a party. The first night we were there she didn’t send me the code to the front door so after I got off work at 11pm I was stuck out side in the cold and slept in my car . I called her numerous times and still nothing but she stayed upstairs in the house I knocked and all. When we arrived we the house was dirt and her live in host who was helping out didn’t speak any English and the house was extremely dirty . She was not helpful in anyway she tried to make new rules while we were there the parking situation was awful I had to park across the street on a icy hill . She tried to say we took a mirror and broke a closet door we told her live in host that it was broken he said he’ll pass the message pretty much over translate. I hated this listing but mostly the host. She spoke to my lady with disrespect and her live in host got caught taking photos and was confron
