Please contact ahead of time when you arrrive. no bicycle allowed thanks for cooperate House rules: - NO THIRD PARTY BOOKING - We do not share our mailing address without consent within airbnb platform. - Wifi info is given PRIOR to arrival. - NO visitors are allowed without permission. - Maximum guests for bedroom is 2 - If you aren't used to our Winters with slush and snow, we suggest that you please take off your shoes or boots and leave them on the shoe rack/tray on the main floor. No shoes/boots/outside footwear are allowed inside the house. It just makes everything more comfortable and clean for everyone. - We do NOT allow check in during quiet hours from 11:30m-8am. - Luggage drop-off is NOT possible at any time. - We provide you with text description, check list and pictures of the furniture, appliances and household items that we have in our home. If you don’t see something in our listing, we probably don’t have it yet (for example we don’t have TV or couch). Please clarify with us before you decide to book to ensure we meet your expectations. - Because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean. - PERSONAL PROPERTY LOSS: Guests are personally responsible for personal belongings left in or about the property. Guest’s personal belongings and value are not insured by the Property Owner or Owner's Representative(s) against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other causes. The Property Owner and Owner's Representative(s) shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages to or loss of the renters. - Other basic: - No smoking - No pets - No parties or events. -When check out, please remove all your food, bags, garbage and other personal items from the kitchen/refrigerator, bedroom, bathroom and put them in the waste bins at the front of the house.
