Decent place if you're going to be out and about all day and need a place to sleep at night. Wonderful, friendly, responsive hosts. Big and comfy rooms!! And really quiet at night. Bathrooms could have been cleaner but that's what happens when you're staying with multiple people! Also the water wasn't super warm for showers, unfortunately. Overall, I think it's decent value for money - you get what you pay for :)

Had a really nice stay at Villa Anna . There were some issues, like the heat upstairs was broken for 3 out of 4 weeks and some minor misunderstandings (was not communicated that some rooms are downstairs in a separate area with less modern bathroom and some messy roommates) but all of these issues were resolved by Vilma and Silvanna , who were wonderful and lovely hosts. Vilma even made me soup when I was sick and would be there to help with anything immediately. The location is not ideal for walking to the centre but it can be done (~20 mins) and the bus is easy and near to the villa. There is not much to do near the villa , and if arriving alone by taxi or bus it might be a bit confusing to find the villa (it is hidden behind trees). The villa was very clean and the upstairs kitchen had everything necessary, as well as a comfortable living room to relax. Thank you so much Vilma and Silvanna, I really appreciated everything.

Marli & Silavanna were so wonderfully accommodating. The house is beautiful, it feels like you are an important guest in someone's home than a 'private room'. It is more than a private room. I wished I could have enjoyed it more! But I was there for a conference and hence was away all day. I will never forget my last day as I was super tired and with a hungover headache; Vilma (the sweet housekeeper) first had me sit down on kitchen table, quickly made me coffee, then went into a backroom and came back with paracetamol & acidity meds!❤️ The pictures of this house, do not do it justice. It is the most wonderful place you can stay.🙌🏽 Logistics: You can walk to the centre but if you are not used steep hills of Perugia, buy bus tickets in advance the bus stops right outside the gate. I will definitely come back to this place as I promised Silvanna, I will bring my kids for holiday there. xx Halima
