I enjoyed my stay. I lucked out finding this place literally the day of! And was fortunate to have the whole place to myself. The place is equipped with everything needed to cook, make tea, and The Super bonus of filtered water. I agree with another reviewer that the shower head may not be suitable for the level of pressure offered in the shower. But I was simply thankful to have taken a hot shower, in a clean and cozy “house/apartment”, with a kitchen, TV, and living room to myself. Catching Uber/bolt was easy and a breeze, as well as ordering food (I used glovo). I was a solo female traveler and felt entirely safe. There’s even a desk area in case you need to do work (the wifi was top notch!). I hope this listing is available the next time I travel to Kenya with my husband. If you're nervous or worried, hopefully this gives you the extra push you needed to book!

Jaque's place was beautiful and just what we needed. A quiet comfortable stay for my wife and I as we needed rest between work trips.

Our flight was delayed and upon learning of our predicament, Jacque offered to let us check in early. The housekeeper also bought us milk and eggs. We very much appreciated the hospitality shown. Water pressure in the bathroom was a tad weak but everything else was good.

We had a wonderful time here. It was quiet at night and the bed was so comfy, so we slept so well and felt very rested. The host was incredibly helpful and she wanted us to have as few worries as possible. Her communication was excellent. She suggested an app so we could order food when we arrived. The location was excellent for exploring Karen. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!
