'Crescent Lodge' is an established and accredited luxury holiday let in Crouch End, N8. Highlights include: ・Detached home with no immediate neighbours ・Two king bedrooms with own bathrooms ・Large garden ・Private parking ・Large, light-filled open-plan living space, with huge sofa ・Widescreen TV loaded with Netflix ・Excellent security ・Stylish decor ・Close to arty Crouch End ・Access to central London in 20 minutes ・Near ancient woodlands and parks Set well away from roads ・Dog friendly 'Crescent-Lodge Crouch-End' has a large, light open-plan living space, which comprises a kitchen, dining area, lounge and workspace. It has floor-to-ceiling patio doors, which open onto the pretty garden. The lounge area has a huge and very comfortable L-shaped sofa, an armchair, footrest, side tables and a large wall-mounted television loaded with BBC iPlayer and Netflix. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge, gas hob, electric oven and is stocked with all the equipment you need to cook a delicious meal. There are plenty of paperbacks and games and there's wifi throughout the house. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with power shower. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and its own large bathroom, with a bath and overbath power shower. All rooms except for the bathrooms have garden views. There is a large cupboard for storage. Outside, we have a large enclosed garden with loungers, a patio with an outdoor sofa and a dining table. There's private parking for one car, but please be aware that there's a narrow driveway and no turning place, so you'll need to be confident at reversing. Crescent Lodge is set back well away from any roads, so there’s no traffic noise. We are an accredited and well-established holiday let business, with excellent ratings.

Had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s beautiful bungalow and immediately felt like a home from home. The property is as pretty as the pictures portray and is tucked away from the road so feels quiet and peaceful yet just moments away from the restaurants, coffee shops and shopping of Crouch End. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Suzy is an excellent host and her home is really homely. I fell in love with her sofa and sofa dog cover so much so I bought one. My dog thoroughly enjoyed her 1st stay so much she couldn’t wait to get back inside for our 2nd stay while building works completed. Suzy’s home is extremely comfortable, very thoughtful amenities and Suzy provides high standard products e.g white company, John Lewis etc. There are not many places you can sit on your sofa and see the moon and sky directly above you. I slept so well in Suzy’s with the darkened blinds and such a comfortable bed, it was bliss to be back. Suzy is a very accommodating host and kept me posted with possibilities of extending stays and was quick to respond to communications. I would highly recommend Suzy’s home to stay which is extremely quiet except for the lovely noise from the school children playing during breaks. You don’t think you’re in London when staying here. If you don’t stay here, you’re missing out!!!!

Crescent Lodge is an ideal place to stay, great location. Beautiful homely place and a great host. It’s exactly if not better than photos and description. We loved it!! And will definitely be back

Total luxury! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the bungalow. The pictures are lovely but the reality is even more. The location, the layout, the decor left us gobsmacked that it was actually ours. Suzy is a brilliant host and Crouch End has a wonderful village feeling. Proximity to the Parkland Walk is another bonus to the area. One of the best stays ever.

Loved the place, felt at home from the first second and it had everything we could think of (even poo bags for our dog). Easy to communicate with Suzy and beautiful neighborhood.

Crouch End, in North London, is one of London's friendliest and most artistic neighbourhoods.
Centred around a 19th century clocktower, it has lots of interesting independent shops, galleries and boutiques to explore and several world-class restaurants.
It is also one of the greenest areas in London - we have two ancient woodlands on our doorstep - along with the Parkland Walk, a rewilded old railway track that runs across North London.
The postcard-pretty villages of Highgate and Hampstead are close by, Hampstead Heath is 10 minutes away and events venue Alexandra Palace is a short bus ride away.

Crouch End village is a two-minute walk away.
You can reach central London in about 20 mins.
The W7 leaves from the end of our street, linking you to the Finsbury Park tube (Piccadilly line) and Underground network in about 10 minutes.
Highgate tube station (Northern Line) is a four-minute drive or 20-minute walk.
Our parking is up a narrow private driveway, with no turning place at the top, so you'll need to be confident at reversing back down!
