I stayed at Kristine for one night as a stopover while on a longer drive. Kristin was so friendly, open and nice. I felt right at home. The bed was really comfy and the space had all you needed. Kristin’s space as also really lovely decorated and her pet dog and cat were just both so cute and friendly. Really great value for money. I’d highly recommend

This place was EXACTLY what I look for in a quick stop-over...and more. Nothing fancy, it's an older home with lots of quirky small rooms and some age scars. Lots of character. The light and air-flow are fantastic, the wee rooms and maximization of space create interesting angles...and Kristin makes it even more intriguing with carefully curated pieces. There are lots of plants, nature and art pieces, lighting, and thoughtful touches everywhere. Discrete and pleasant signage draws the eye to lots of little amenities (a super micro kitchenette in the closet, the location of extra supplies, snacks and coffee, places to put used items). This is clearly the set-up of someone who has thought a lot about what makes a stay easier. I only used this location as a crash space in the middle of a longer drive, but the proximity to the amenities of Roanoke and the surrounding countryside and attractions, the three porches, and the quiet neighborhood make this quite the find! I'll be back!

Stayed only the night on a long road trip, but it was very easy to get in and out of and Kristin was very nice and gave perfect instructions for weary travelers. Great stay
