Relax and enjoy over three acres of privacy, mostly forested and fronting over 200 feet of waterfront on one of Three Mile Lake's picturesque bays. Enjoy views from the cottage or relax with morning coffee on our 40 ft. dock. While you're enjoying the dock, the kids will love the extra large yard and sandy beach Fun for families, or couples get-aways! Our Cottage offers you all the modern comforts of cottaging including a fully screened in Muskoka room. You have your choice of 2 large decks to enjoy one in front and one out back so you can follow the sun! There is also a covered deck with lake and forest views for you to enjoy your outside dining rain or shine! The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and sliding doors to walk out to a private deck overlooking the lake. There are two other good sized bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. The bedrooms have large windows and ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable. In our sunken living room you can snuggle up to a wood burning Napoleon stove. Of course if it's really chilly, we are fully winterized with a forced air heating system that will keep you nice and toasty. Fully equipped kitchen includes Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender, Coffee Grinder, Coffee maker, Rice cooker,Slow Cooker, 4 slice toaster, Charcuterie board. You'll find some great organic seasonings, oils, vinegars, high end cookware, Knives and just about anything you might need for preparing great meals. We have a Napoleon propane barbecue for delicious grilling! You can enjoy our finished family room on the lower level that offers you a television equipped with Bell Satellite for your favourite channels. DVD player is also offered as are games, books, and some kids toys. We have paddle boats for you to enjoy and of course swimming. If you love to fish, you'll find Pickerel and Bass off the end of our dock. Or, bring your boat and try your luck out on the lake! Evenings can be enjoyed around the large fire-pit set back from the lake while taking in the beauty of the night stars. For guests concerned about cell phone reception, we use Bell and have no issues. We also have a working "landline" which you are welcome to use. We're only 10 minutes from the Village of Burks Falls and 25 minutes from downtown Huntsville where you'll find world class Golfing (Deerhurst Resort), Ski slopes (Hidden Valley) and more! Nearby, Arrowhead and Algonquin Provincial Parks offer awesome year round activities. Snowmobile trails and ATV trails are close by for you to enjoy.

Anne’s cottage & surrounding property are lovely & we really enjoyed our week there. The layout was given a lot of thought, attractively decorated and very comfortable. Great views from the sunken living room, partially covered deck & kitchen. Frequent visits from the hummingbirds while sitting on the deck & evening visits from a large “senior” turtle while enjoying our time on the dock. Anne is an exceptional host, easy to reach by text & is very generous with many extra amenities.
Cannot say enough about our stay. Pictures don’t do it justice. Huge, immaculate lawn for us and our dog to run around with sun almost all day. House was the best stocked rental I have ever had (and was spotless upon check in). Anne was very communicative and answered almost immediately if any questions arose. Absolutely loved our stay there and looking forward to returning.
Ann’s place is beautiful and just like the photos situated on a large stunning property surrounded by the wilderness. The cottage is well decorated, clean, tidy and the kitchen is well stocked for all of our needs. Ann was a wonderful and gracious host including leaving bowls and treats for my puppy. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely return and recommend her place to others.
Ann’s home was beautiful and on a large gorgeous property surrounded by the wilderness! There was the perfect amount of privacy and community on this lake and I’d love to return in the summer! The home itself was clean, tidy and well stocked for all of our needs. Ann was a wonderful and gracious host and very thoughtful and generous as well. If anything came up, she was quickly responsive and helpful via text. My family and I had such a wonderful time and we’d definitely return and recommend her place to others!
Ann’s cottage is warm and inviting. Plenty of space to unwind inside and outside. The property is perfect for families especially with young children. It has a gradual slope down to the water that is safe and has a great little beach area too. The cottage is well equipped for all of your needs. Kitchen has lots of room to prep meals and all the pots pans utensils and dishes you could ask for at a cottage. The screened in porch is a great feature and wrap around decks are fantastic. Ann is a great host and such a pleasure to deal with. She went over and above to make us feel right at home and is very responsive to any questions. There are many nice places to sit and read a book or enjoy the beauty of three mile lake. There is also a paddle boat that is fun to go for a cruise in and enjoy the scenery from the water. So what are you waiting for?! Book your next stay with Ann I promise you won’t be disappointed!

There are no cottages across from us and enough tree cover and acreage on each side so you'll not see the neighbours, giving you maximum privacy.
There is a convenience store for wood, ice, etc., about 5 minutes down the road beside highway 11.
Burks Falls is 10 minutes and has most necessities you may need.
Both Huntsville and Sundridge are easy 20 min drives.
Easy access to both Snowmobile and ATV trails.
We're 15 min north of Arrowhead Provincial Park and Algonquin Park.
We are on a 4 season township maintained road.
Our driveway is easy access and on a regular snow plow schedule during the winter months. Plenty of room to park your boat, sled, ATV's. You can snowshoe, cross country or have fun on the snowmobile trails that are right out our door.
We are only a few km. from Algonquin Park. Arrowhead Park, and Doe Lake which features a municipally maintained outdoor skating rink!
The village of Kearney is also nearby.
In the summer months, you can find our Movie Theatre in town in full operation! There are many great Farmer's Markets and some interesting shops to explore too
.
Deerhurst Resort and Hidden Valley Ski hills are a short 25 minutes away, here you'll find world class golfing and other activities.
There is a 9 hole course located 10 minutes from us off of Doe Lake Rd. only minutes from the cottage!
