There were six females in our family group and we were all happy with the cottage. There was plenty of room inside and outside to relax. Outside there was great parking and space, the cottage has a nice size lot and is not crowded beside other camps. There was ton of towels, as I said six females. One night I tried to start the fire pit and it would not start. The next day I sent Angela a message and shortly after she and her hubby brought their own personal fire pit for us to use. That was great and we were so appreciative. You can not beat sitting beside the lake with a fire going, listening to the loons and watching the sun set.

Angela’s place was great! Very close to Bangor, so grabbing groceries or anything else was very easy. The kitchen had everything you will need for cooking and gadgets, there even was a freshly baked blueberry cake waiting on the counter. Great outdoor area, it’s very large and not “right next” to neighbors. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Nice swimming area with a dock, floats, and kayaks.. We had planned more hiking days, but who wants to really leave lake.

What a tranquil haven! So peaceful with beautiful scenery. Comfortable furnishings and all the thoughtful touches that let you know someone cares about ensuring a visitors needs are met. We wanted for nothing. Pics and description are accurate. Feels very safe and friendly. Angela, is super responsive and friendly.

Angela’s lake house was perfect; she went above and beyond with sweet bubble gifts for each of our kiddos, ingredients to make s’mores, and tons of toys for the lake. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area.
