Nicolo and Mia were lovely! Place was beautiful and relaxing! Great weather so took full advantage of the pool. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Nicolo and Mia hosted a dinner for us and it was incredible! Had a fantastic stay!

in summary: dirty, low standard, run down equipment, by far not worth the money and not matching the description  surprises:  house without a view, the fotos in the profile might have been taken from the first floor the fotos from inside have been likely taken directly after renovation decades ago. The house is dark inside and noisy. If you plan to drive around and do some sight seeing add another hour of driving time for the first 30 kms, a ride to Siena will take more than two hours for 80 km, the roads are tiny and curvy, the highway is far away. Our very comfortable and strong car didn't make a difference. Privacy is limited since the owners/employees appartement on the first floor overlooks all sides of the house. Do not expect to sleep too long in the morning. The barking dogs will remind you to get up. You have be willing to operate as a manager for everything: cleanliness, not closing doors, not opening doors, clogged sinks, even a tea pot and more than one towel ..

Our time at this Tuscan luxury farmhouse has been nothing short of magical. The serene surroundings, furry friends, lush garden, refreshing pool, and the soothing steam room made our stay unforgettable. And let's not forget the incredible food experiences that added flavor to our week. Thanks to Nicolò, Giulia & Mia for sharing this piece of heaven with us!

We had the most beautiful stay. The hosts were a joy to work with. The home is well appointed, large and very comfortable. The three king size bedrooms, and three bathrooms made it a perfect layout for our traveling party of three couples. The home is so special with spectacular stone work throughout. We are all animal lovers so the farm animals were an added bonus. The pool and views were relaxing. We opted for the daily breakfast plan and so happy we did. It was lovely to have farm fresh eggs every morning as well as fresh cheeses, meats and croissants. We were fortunate that Nicolo had some availability to prepare a couple dinners for us as our group was celebrating a wedding, an anniversary, and a birthday. They were so delicious! We can't say enough about how welcome we were made to feel. The hosts took great care in ensuring everything was just right. We can't wait for our next visit as this again is a special home!

We had one of the best holidays in this villa. This villa is beautiful and so is the area, amazing views everywhere you look. The interior of the villa is also lovely. We were concerned about no aircon but it was cool at night despite a heat wave while we were there. The villa is in quite a remote location and it’s a 20 mins drive to amenities, this suited us, although the road itself it’s quite narrow and windy so you’d want to be confident on these types of roads. We spent most days by the pool with a few trips out to see the local towns. Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience Nicolò’s cooking due to his schedule but Mia recommended a local restaurant testing menu which was amazing. One of the best views of a restaurant I’ve even been too. Overall would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful destination.
