The whole group will enjoy this spacious, modern apartment with a full kitchen. And an easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is right across Ayala Capitol Central Mall, near Capitol Lagoon and SM. Everything is new in this 2 BR modern contemporary apartment. It is very homey . It is furnished that one can cook their meals. Ayala mall is just across the street and it is a quick walk to the Lagoon, Negros Museum and Lacson Area where you can find a lot of dining options.

My stay of over 2 weeks was very good due to Fe doing more than necessary to provide a comfortable stay. If you have never used an induction stove, look for the instruction manual which is available.
the place is great, Just across or at the back of Ayala Mall Capitol. Check in is a breeze, near Gina's Restaurant, Negros Capitol, trike away from Manokan country and SM. Ms Fe is a great host
My friends and I felt comfortable and at home during our stay in Bacolod. the place is easily accessible and near an Ayala Mall which makes it convenient. would definitely stay with Fe again when I return to Bacolod.

We are centrally located. The property is just behind Ayala Mall. Across the street is the entrance of Metro Supermarket which is connected to Ayala Mall. We are walking distance to the Lagoon and Negros Museum. 5-8 mins away from SM.
What’s more , there is 7-11 convenience store the property for your basic groceries.
