Das Haus von Ivan ist ein einziger Genuss. Inmitten einer wunderschönen, geschichtsträchtigen Stadt gelegen und trotzdem extrem ruhig, mit einen tollen Blick von der Dachterrasse auf den schönen Hafen und die gepflegte Promenade, mit hohem modernem Standard ausgestattet und geschmackvoll stylisch eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Ivan war angenehm, die Abstimmung flexibel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder nach Nin in das Haus von Ivan reisen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Villa! Sie ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Vor allem war es super, dass es einen kleinen Pool hatte, den die Kids auch beim schlechten Wetter oft genutzt haben! Der Vermieter Ivan war immer sehr gut persönlich zu erreichen und hat uns auch vor Ort tolle Empfehlungen gegeben!

We had a great time and enjoyed the local beaches. In the evening was perfect to watch the sunset from the roof terrace overlooking the little harbor. Ivan took great care of us and was always available. Highly recommend the place.

Best accommodation in Nin The house is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed. There is a great pool and lots of seating - by the pool and also on the terrace (even with a beautiful sea view). You really have every luxury here. We were there with our 2 small children and we enjoyed the stay very much. The location of the house in Nin is perfect - quiet but central. The beautiful old town of Nin with lively streets and great restaurants is just around the corner, there is also a small supermarket where you can buy everything you need. The sandy beaches of Nin are less than 10 minutes away by car and there is sufficient parking space for parking (even in high season). But you can also SUP directly to the beaches (access to the sea is only 50 meters from the apartment and the beach is only about 200 meters away). In any case, it is also worth a trip to the city of Zadar (driving time about 25 minutes). Ivan was a great and nice host, he showed us the house at the beginning and explained everything. He was very good available for questions and other communication.

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Teenagern bei Ivan zu Gast. Da die Villa inmitten der Altstadt liegt, konnten sich alle frei bewegen: 1 Minute zum Minimarkt, zu Kneipen, Shops, Restaurants und antiken Stätten. 2 Minuten zum Meer, mit SUPs ist man gleich am Sandstrand, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Saline, 15 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Zadar. Also perfekte Lage! Das Haus selbst ist nagelneu und super gepflegt, Balkon mit sucht auf die Lagune, eigentlich müsste man das Haus gar nicht verlassen, so schön ist es dort!
