Designed to make life easy as possible. Park mobility scooter outside room. Seat in shower and raised toilet. Furniture on wheels so can be rearranged. Large super king bed, fan in ceiling and underground flooring.

** Highly recommend ** lovely hosts! Maria’s guest house was a pleasant surprise. We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms with our own entrance. Check in was easy, we were greeted by Stuart who made us feel very welcome. Clean room, very comfy beds, peaceful sleep, great shower. Close to beach and restaurants. We will defiantly be back :)
Very nice room and host's
Lovely time in hunstanton. Genuine and friendly hosts, as an extra bonus they are both really good chefs also :-) Great design and finish to the whole room. The bed is a treat, its gigantic and very comfortable. Shower/wet room excellent with all round good standard of cleanliness. location for town and seafront/beach access is perfect. The home cooked breakfast was just the ticket, great attention to detail and locally sourced ingredients, best sausages ive had for a long time. Thanks for a great stay. John and Rosie x
