We enjoyed watching the Pelicans from the balcony every morning as the sun was coming up. The sunset views were also great! The condo is clean with all the amenities and we loved the decor.

Martha war ein sehr guter Host. Alle Absprache haben hervorragend geklappt und Martha hat auf alle Anfragen sehr schnell und zuverlässig reagiert. Die Informationen zum Check-in und zur Unterkunft waren sehr informativ und umfangreich. Das Treffen zur Schlüsselübergabe hat pünktlich geklappt. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Marthas Appartment. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig und es war für Alles bis hin zu den Kleinigkeiten gesorgt, reichlich Bade- und Pooltücher, Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und alles war sehr sauber. Auch der Poolbereich hat uns gut gefallen und an einem Abend haben wir den Barbecue Gasgrill benutzt. Unser Lieblingsplatz war der Balkon mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Marina und den Sonnenuntergang über der Sarasota Bay. Und wir wurden nicht müde, den Pelikanen beim Fischen zuzusehen. Einmal kam sogar ein Delphin bis vor den Balkon geschwommen.... Ein wirklich hervorragender Ort um einen unbeschwerten Urlaub in Saraso

Martha and her Mom were great from the time we got there til the time we left.Very quick response time for anything needed and very friendly.This was our second time staying in a unit at the Strand and we love it as the amenities are great and the location is perfect for the beach,downtown restaurants or St Armand’s circle just a short drive.We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Martha's condo for 2 weeks and have nothing but positive things to share.. it was exactly as the pictures, very clean, comfortable, lovely decor, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, loved watching the pelicans dive for fish from the deck and the sunsets were incredible. We met Martha's mother who gave us the fobs, keys and gate pass which made check in so easy.. much easier than others we spoke to there.There isnt much to walk to other than a nice park a block away or Publix, several blocks away. But, once we navigated the round abouts and traffic it was easy to get around. We would recommend visiting the Ringling Museum, the farmers market on Saturdays, tour the Museum of Whimsical Art, a short walk from condo, Myakka State Park, Lido and Siesta Beaches. Martha has plenty of beach towels and chairs too. There are 2 seafood restaurants and markets we liked...Captain Brian's and Walts. This was our first time in Sarasota and would definitely rent Martha's condo again.
