My friends and I had a wonderful stay! I am local to the area but didn’t have the space to host all of my friends, and this was the perfect place for us. The space was clean, peaceful, and had extra air conditioning units to keep us cool. It’s in a great location with walking distance to both downtown and the race course. Overall a gem and would recommend to anyone coming to Saratoga!

Beautiful home! Was perfect for our group of 5 moms. We were able to walk downtown and had a wonderful experience! Would not hesitate to rent again!

We stayed at Breann's place and it was wonderful. Easy check-in, check out, everything was spotless, and the neighborhood is soooo quiet. Enjoyed the charming rocking chairs on the porch as well. We give it 5 stars only because there aren't more stars to give!

The cottage is a gem and so are Rich and Breanne! The house is lovely--clean, quiet, comfortable, complete--and thoughtful touches like cold Saratoga water and Saratoga chips waiting for us were unexpectedly delightful. Questions were responded to amazingly fast. Beautiful home, beautiful hosts.
