A fantastic home base for extended family in town to celebrate a graduation. It was a beautiful weekend and we were able to enjoy nearby lake Bde Maka Ska.

Overall great place to stay with friends and reconnect living so far from each other. Very cozy! The unit is as depicted and the things amenities are great. Street parking is ample. Kitchen well stocked. We cooked, played jackbox & board games and had a great time! Dog friendly a major plus! The negatives (please note I consider this place great, just feedback from my group): -Noisey Neighbors: The neighbors above us got home after midnight daily & at ~1 am were still playing music and moving around heavily. Made it hard to sleep. Those sleeping in basement rooms could hear - Check Out: A little disappointed at 10 am checkout+Chores including doing the dishes, stripping the beds, collecting used towels, emptying all trash cans. Between getting luggage out and doing those items, we started at 8a and were done with everything at 9:59. I’d rather just pay more for cleaning fees - Finding the place: Construction and road closures make finding the alley and quadplex harder.

The location was great! As previously mentioned in other comments you can definitely hear everything from other neighbors. The unit was clean except for all the walls, they definitely need a big clean. Over all great place.

The place looked great in the photos, but was less than stellar once we arrived. There was a strong odor of marijuana in the unit, and we found the dishwasher full of dirty dishes when we arrived. The walls were scuffed and dirty and would have benefitted from a fresh coat of paint. One shower did not drain, and when I contacted the host, although she responded quickly, the response was that she would try to get the property manager in to look at it, but who knows when, and in the meantime I could pour some Drano down it. This helped a bit, but I was surprised that she was not more proactive in helping out or at least checking back in on the status, especially since we were there another 3 days after we first reported the issue. Additionally, the sheets and towels were of low quality and the living room furniture, although it looked nice, was uncomfortable and of low quality. The space was the right size for our group, and we loved the location, but wouldn’t stay here again.
