Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The condo has all the amenities for a great and relaxing experience in CV. Fully equipped with AC in all the rooms and the living room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, ironing board, beach towel upon request. Close to restaurants, transport, 15min walk to the beach, ATM next door, supermarket on premises, fully equipped Gym next door, rent-a-car nearby. We embody our motto “Cabo Verde no stress”. The space has just been renovated. It’s modern and has all the amenities you and your family may require for a relaxing vacation. The place also has all the amenities for a work trip (long or short). It has high speed fiber optic internet, cable tv, smart tv with all major apps (netflix, hbo max, prime video, so on). We also offer cleaning service upon request. The apt is close to everything (restaurants, souvenir shops, bars, gym, atm, super market, transport service, etc). There is an emergency generator in the building, so you will never have issues with energy (a frequent problem during summer and Christmas).

L'appartement de Sandro est parfait pour un séjour (court ou long) à Praia. Très bien situé, à proximité de la dynamique place de Palmarejo, dans un quartier vivant, avec tous les commerces nécessaires, les taxis, et à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, propre, très calme, et confortable. Tout le nécessaire, indispensable pour le séjour, se trouve dans l'appartement. Et Sandro sait être attentif et toujours aimable. C'est parfait !

Taxi is the best way to get around. There are also car rental spots near and we could also facilitate contact with rental places. We work with two car rental business that offer client pick up service. The average price per day is around 50 euros.
There is also bus stops 2 minutes from the apartment.
Minibus stop to cidade velha is 5 min from the apartment.
