We had an issue at the beginning, there was no key and the house wasn’t cleaned yet however the host was very responsive and tried to fix things as quickly as he could. Otherwise the stay was great, awesome facilities and great balcony space !

The apartment was ok but the neighborhood pretty bad. The problem is that my colleague lost his flight on Sunday morning due to the fact that the owner asked him to leave the keys in the apartment and then when he got down to main door entrance, the door was locked. Nobody from the rest of the apartments helped (of course at 05.30 in the morning) and flight was lost. Afterwards, the owner explicitly ironic, told us that we should have checked the door first before leaving the keys in the apartment so it is our fault!! Keys were left on his request and then the locked main door was our fault... His answers pretty rude and no intention to help at all. He answered to us 2 hours later and had no bad feelings about it. I am using AirBnB for many years, it is the first time I see something like that.
