el departamento es amplio luminoso y muy acogedor, tiene balcón que da a la calle y a los árboles asi q da una linda sensación. tuvimos problemas con el aire acond nomas pero los admnistr estuvieron siempre pendientes para resolver ese y otros inconvenientes menores. El barrio es hermoso , el passeig sant joan muy bello para pasear con niñes. Volvería a alojarme sin dudarlo!

My initial booking for another apartment was cancelled two weeks before I was due to arrive in Barcelona, but fortunately I was able to book this one on such short notice, and I was glad that this apartment and the hosts Blueground went above and beyond my expectations. The location is perfect, with a short walk to L4 and L5 metro stations, and several bus stops including the night bus services. The apartment is exactly as pictured, well-equipped, wifi was fast and the welcome package was a lovely touch. Like the other reviewer, I was a little hesitant about having to pick up my keys from a short distance away but communication with Blueground was extremely easy through their app and they offered an efficient solution to my worries. Noise insulation from outside could be improved but I came to accept this as part of the charm of living in an old Barcelona building :) Overall it was a wonderful stay and I will not hesitate to recommend Blueground and their apartments to my loved ones.

Blueground is a very reliable and accommodating agency, that would go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The apartment I stayed in was great when it comes to location. It was also very well-furnished and equipped with everything that is needed for a long-term stay. However, the main door to the apartment provides absolutely no isolation from the noise coming from the main hallway. For short-term stay visitors this may not be an issue. However, for a long-term stay, it becomes quite inconvenient as it prevents you from fully resting in the apartment and it is quite disturbing during the night. I was exposed to the noise as if it was happening right inside my apartment. The front door of the main building is extremely loud and the people circulating In the building could be heard loud and clear. This inconvenience stays in sharp contrast to the well-thought-of design and care taken by the whole team, who, as I said earlier, truly did an amazing job. A small note here: on Airbnb, their indicated method of check-in says “lockbox” and “self-check in”, which is also the main reason why I chose them as a company as I was arriving late at night with heavy suitcases and wanted to make sure the entrance to the apartment is as easy as possible given all the unpredictability around the airport conditions and luggage situations. The day before that they emailed me the instructions to the apartment entrance and to my great surprise, they had asked me to walk 10min down the street to pick up the keys myself from a cashier, who has nothing to do with Blueground, but it’s a licensed partner to hand in Airbnb keys (note, for someone coming from North America, this was something I had never heard of). After talking to them, they agreed to send their associate to personally hand in the keys. Nevertheless, the instructions of how to get in should be clearly communicated to the tenant way in advance and indicated on the website so that an informed choice based on personal preference could be made.
