We spent a very well stay in the Three Gables home. It is a lovely place, we immediately feel good inside. When we arrived it was really clean and tidy. There are a lot of books and board games. Our only regret is that Whipsiderry beach was closed due to the collapse of the cliffs but the others nearby (Port beach, Watergate bay, Crantok breach ...) are just as beautiful. We strongly recommand this place.

Great location to explore rugged Cornwall. Close to some beautiful spots to walk and easy to drive to places like Padstow and Port Isaac. Unfortunately I felt some of the pictures in the listing are misleading. Main bedroom is quite small, Loft area looks like you can sit on a futon and relax however access is via very steep ladder/steps and would only be comfortable for older children not for adult use so we did not use. Fire place - couldn’t use as heat component was not working, picture of wine/chocolates not necessary as nothing left in fridge or pantry on arrival, no pictures of shared utility room which is outdoor access and shared with annex property- (shared outdoor dishwasher and washing machine was not for us especially during colder/months). Cleaning issue with bedding on arrival but sorted by host immediately. Overall great place for family with older children in summer time not what we were expecting for our families needs.

We had a great stay at Three Gables. The house was very modern and comfortable and we loved the open plan layout. Our two boys loved their room and especially the loft space where the view of Porth beach from the window was great. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to Porth beach and a 5 minute drive to Watergate Bay. Very close to Newquay and also centrally located for travelling to other parts of Cornwall. I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Three Gables, from start to finish Chris was responsive and very helpful! Everything was spotless and as described, couldn’t fault at all. The kitchen especially was well equipped and had everything we needed. Great base for exploring Cornwall and great location for Newquay. Everything is within driving distance. Will definitely be back to stay again!

Loved our stay at Chris’s place! To be honest the photos don’t do it justice - it’s spacious and really well designed, a great open plan living area and so many great toys and books if you are holidaying with kids. Location was perfect for us, literally a stones throw from the coastal path and a 5 min drive from Watergate Bay which is stunning. Super cozy too, we will definitely be back in the summer!
