Recently renovated and comfortably furnished, this property boasts 4 bedrooms (2K/1Q/2TXL), extra sleeping spaces, 2.5 bath, laundry, dining, family room, loft, fire pit, deck, office w/ high speed internet, and fully equipped kitchen. Large enough for 2+ families with room to spare. The Dragonfly is a large and spacious home with plenty of room to offer. Please note that while a half-bath is on the first floor, showers are only available on the second floor. Our home consists of: Four bedrooms (all upstairs): -Louisville- King, smart TV, ceiling fan, makeup table/desk. -Lexington- King, smart TV, ceiling fan, smart tv, makeup table/desk. Has small deck. -Bowling Green- Two Twin XL, ceiling fan, smart TV -Frankfort- Queen, ceiling fan. Loft- Sectional couch with 55" TV, Xbox with game subscription. Open area between bedrooms on the second floor Living Room- Seating for a group. Fireplace is in the process of being converted to gas and will be available for use early 2024. A variety of books are available for your reading pleasure. Family Room- Sectional Couch, 75" TV. French doors offer privacy for this area for extra sleeping quarters. Two queen air mattresses are available. Office- Off of the family room. Desk and basic office supplies are available. High speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. Kitchen- fully equipped to prepare your meals. Cookware, bakeware, electric stove, microwave. Service for 12 available. We provide coffee, sugar, splenda, a variety of tea bags, olive oil, spices, salt, and pepper. Kids plates/cups available. Our home uses a septic system, so we ask that you please do not pour grease or any harsh substances down the drains. Dining Room- main table with seating for 8. Folding 6' table and extra chairs available. Bathrooms: One half bath on the main floor, Two bathrooms upstairs (one walk-in shower, one with shower/tub combo). We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We ask that you please use the provided black washcloths for make-up removal to avoid staining our towels. Our home uses a septic system, so we ask that you please refrain from flushing anything other than toilet paper and human waste. For children and adults of all ages, we offer several games and activities, including an Xbox with gaming subscription. A selection of toys are available in the walk-in closet of the Louisville room. All six TVs are smart TVs, with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ subscriptions available for your entertainment. For our youngest guests, a highchair, pack and play, and baby gates are available upon advance request. Please give us at least a week's notice for these items. A washer/dryer is available for your use. We utilize ALL Free & Clear laundry detergent, Bounce Free & Gentle dryer sheets, Lysol Laundry Sanitizer (Crisp Linen), and regular chlorine bleach, and a supply of these items are available for your use. Back deck- private and looking into woods. Seating available. Patio String Lights. Backyard fire pit available with two Adirondak chairs.
