Great stay in Swansea. The property looks exactly as in the pictures - amazing view of the marina and Swansea arena. Comfortable and clean. Lovely and thoughtful touches in the kitchen, such as providing tea, coffee, cooking oil, kitchen roll, etc. All the pots and pans etc are there that you’d need for making a meal. We also had the travel cot made up for us as we had our baby with us too. The travel cot was very clean and looked new! The only negative with this property is that the parking is across the street in an underground car park. The spaces and way in are very tight and narrow. Great care is needed when driving in. I’d recommend parking in the public pay and display next to the property if you have a big car or are loading/unloading suitcases etc. The car park is £5 for 24 hours at the time of this review.

A great location in the Maritime Quarter, with fabulous views over the Marine and a wonderful light display at night from the nearby Arena. Although very central to everything Swansea has to offer, especially the beach, it is a very peaceful location. The flat is very well presented and is even nicer than the photos. Well equipped with nice touches in the kitchen of tea, coffee and fresh milk in the fridge. The bed is king size and very comfortable. There is the Co-op store right by the entrance and we tried the Fish/Tapas restaurant next door which was excellent. Jany communicated well and the check in instructions were very clear. The keys are picked up at the restaurant, so check in times are very flexible. The parking is in an underground car park over the road, but there is a loading bay by the entrance to the flat for loading/unloading luggage. We would love to stay in the flat again, when we next visit Swansea. Thank you Jany 😊

The location of this property was perfect. Right on the marina and opposite the beach. Only a short walk into the town centre. A lovely place to stay. Would stay again.
