Andy was a great host. Great communication prior to trip. The house manual was online so easy to read prior to arrival and had some local restaurants highlighted. The house was very clean and furniture and beds comfortable. Kitchen was stocked including spices. Had asked Andy what kind of coffee maker was in the house and he said drip. When we got there, only a keurig was found. Sent a note to Andy and within an hour a coffeemaker was delivered to the house. What service.

We will definitely stay here again. Andy was very responsive and helpful. The place looked just like the pictures but even better in person. The neighborhood was very quiet and in the perfect location right by all the shops and restaurants.

This is my second time staying at Andy’s place and it was another great experience — I love how quiet the location is and how close everything is. The check in was super smooth and we had everything we needed in there! We only had one small issue with the Wi-Fi but Andy was super helpful and it was quickly resolved. It’s such a comfy home and look forward to staying again the future! I highly recommend staying at Andy’s place.
