Pehlingpa Home was exactly what my husband and I had been seeking—serene, cozy, and beautiful. The true gem of the place is the incredibly hospitable host, Seema. Her smile is infectious, and she’s always ready to assist with anything, big or small. The home is ideally situated off the NH3 highway, with an elevated road leading to Seema's home nestled in her apple orchard. It’s conveniently close to the highway to Manali yet far enough to escape the city’s hustle and bustle. We stayed in the independent cottage, which includes a kitchenette and a study, making it perfect for a couple. The home-cooked meals were delightful, often enjoyed in the garden. We also had our first farming experience in her kitchen garden, which was enriching and grounding—a definite must-try! A special mention to Seema's 'woman-Friday' - Monica. Her smiling face and 'can-do' attitude is endearing. The true hallmark of a great homestay is its repeat guests, and Seema has many. We are going to be among them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seema's. She was there to answer all our queries and make suggestions about local travel. The food and ambience made us feel like home. We loved the orchard outside and spent time playing with the dogs. We were glad we chose to stay at seema's place as it was away from the rush and traffic in manali as we visited close to the peak season.

It is a perfect peaceful getaway, away from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located near the market. Seema is accommodating and helpful which makes your stay even more enjoyable. You can enjoy delicious food cooked by her and spend time in the beautiful garden with their adorable dogs. It is going to be my go to place when ever I visit again, and I'm sure to make many more amazing memories here. 🙂

Pehlingpa home is everything as advertised and more. Such a beautiful and peaceful place to relax. It’s just south of Manali, far enough to escape the hustle and bustle, but close enough for a short drive or taxi into town. The property is nestled on a hill, so you have to walk up some stairs to reach the property, but it’s worth every step once you see the view from your window. Absolutely stunning property and you couldn’t ask for better host than Seema and her family. Highly recommend this stay to everyone.
