We enjoyed a great stay at the property and catch up with friends. Close to lots of places to explore. House was inviting, clean and warm. Everything we needed was there to enable us to cook for everyone. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this place for five nights on a family vacation, five adults and a baby. The place was lovely. Well equipped, great kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms , a lovely family room facing the garden. The management team was very responsive. Highly recommended for a family gathering.

We stayed at Hamish & Eddie’s house on Saturday 6th April 24 to Monday 8th April 24, for a ladies recharge and relax weekend. Communication prior to our stay was brilliant, we wanted to know about the house and area and they were very responsive. We received a manual prior to our stay and there was one printed in the property which we found very useful. Parking at the rear of the property can fit 2 cars comfortably and you can get parking at the front, it may not be right outside the property, but we managed to get one. The house is beautifully presented, the main 4 bedrooms are lovely and big and the room with the sofa bed is also a decent size. Bath towels provided. It has 3 bathrooms upstairs, one being an en-suite in the loft. All decent size rooms and decorated to a modern standard. The provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash. Beds were really comfy; I don’t always sleep well in a new bed but I slept like a baby. The pillows and duvet were also very soft.

Extremely disappointed that within an hour of arriving we were having to clean up broken glass that one of the children in our party found on the red sofa in the front room. There was also a broken toy left in the same room which had sharp edges. The owner did arrange for the cleaner to return but that was the following day which was pointless as like any responsible parents we had already scoured the room for any other dangers by then. This was an expensive listing and should have been in perfect condition. There is absolutely no excuse for such shoddy cleaning work!
