the condo is amazing, exactly like the pictures. We spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the water view, and we had an amazing weekend. We went to a marina just down the road that had some great restaurants, and I also recommend Tony's Delicatessen just across the street from the neighborhood entrance. Steve, the local contact for Evolve, was responsive and easy to work with when we needed to make a last-minute change. The only complaint that I have is that Evolve's property management system involves communicating via text instead of app, which is not consistent with AirBnB recommendations.
Our family of five enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and the two and a half bathrooms were a life saver since I have 3 daughters. We had a few minor issues and Steve was super responsive and solved the issues within minutes. We look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved having the Lake out back to fish at any time. Also loved that there were enough rooms for our kids to spread out and enjoy tv in their own space when ready for a break from family fun time! The condo is very clean and up-to-date with everything you need to make meals. We will definitely be back!
