Gigantisch en mooi appartement. Perfect gelegen. Warme verwelkoming met goede tips van wat er te doen is in de regio. Duidelijke communicatie van inchecken tot uitchecken. Over het algemeen een foutloos verblijf!

This is a lovely apartment in the centre of Bordeaux. We stayed for 5 nights and the location was perfect for exploring the city! Communication with the agency was good. We had requested some fans, as the apartment does not have air conditioning, and fans were provided to help with the heat. A few things of note, as mentioned in other reviews, there is only one toilet. There are two showers so overall very manageable. We also had to pay a fee for late check in and another fee for being late after our flight was delayed. This was all communicated clearly but just something to keep in mind. I would recommend staying in the apartment to anyone wanting to explore Bordeaux.

Although this apartment is large & I loved the floor plan there are some downsides to this apartment as well as the management company. The biggest issue we had was that there was no air conditioning & no fans. So I messaged the management company since we were in the middle of a heat wave and they said they would ask the owners if they could get fans. Unfortunately we didn't hear back from them regarding this for the rest of our stay. We stayed one week. As you can imagine the nights were very uncomfortable. We couldn't open the windows because there were mosquitos outside (and even then both my kids got bitten each night as we would find one or two mosquitos in two of the bedrooms every morning). Then the curtain rod came off the wall and nearly hit my husband in the head. Half of the curtain rods are hanging off the wall loosely so it's a big safety hazard since you have to pull the curtains to shut them. I reported this to the company and I still have not heard from them about it.

One of the best apartment I have stayed in. Great living space. Lots of room. Right in the middle of downtown. Can’t ask for anything more
