Dreamy house in White Salmon! I travel to the Gorge a couple times a year and this was definitely my favorite place I've stayed in the area. Right by the park, quick and lovely walk to everything you need on the main street, and the house itself was so cute. Love that there were 3 bathrooms- great for a friend group getaway! Just wish there was a microwave, otherwise perfect.

Our stay was great! Very close to everything in White Salmon, and an easy drive into Hood River. The home is spacious and had everything we needed. Shelley was very responsive, and even helped us find a babysitter for one night during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

The place had a lot of light and a lot of space. Beautiful greenery out of several windows. The upstairs bedroom had a lovely feel to it and the bed and linens were amazing. Bathrooms were nicely decorated and spacious. Spotless everywhere. Kitchen had a lot of space and most of what you might need. One thing we had not realized is that there was no microwave. The only little nitpick item was the lighting in the living room - we would have preferred a couple table lamps for a soft lighting - instead of the big overhead light coming from the kitchen area. But many people would not care about that. We were very happy here and would certainly return. Could easily walk everywhere and felt very safe - it was quiet.

Shelley's place was both stylish and comfortable. It was perfect for our mother, daughter, granddaughter weekend getaway. The great room was perfect for hanging out together and the restaurants and brewery in town are just a few blocks away. If you enjoy a more unique wine tasting experience, we recommend Savage Grace. Really interesting varietals, got to spend an hour or so with the winemaker and wonderful views across the Columbia.
