Brittany’s place is an awesome location! Brittany is super responsive and friendly. The location is right on the beach and has a great pool! There are a bunch of restaurants nearby. I would absolutely stay here again! It does overlook the bird sanctuary. It was about 40 minutes from Tampa airport.

Brittany’s place was exactly as described. Right on the beach. There was a nice selection of beach chairs, wagon, towels and cooler. The only minor issue we had was the floors had not been cleaned at all. We did try using the vacuum which didn’t work either. Brittany was very kind and responsive to messages. She notified us when early check in was available which was great. There is a smell outside on the porch from the bird sanctuary. It depends on the wind I think. Sometimes it didn’t smell at all and other times it was strong. Overall it was a great place to stay with a really nice host.

This condo was so nice. Very clean. The kitchen had everything you need. Plenty of towels. I really liked that beach chairs and towels were included with the condo. We had teenagers traveling with us so we didn't need sand toys but those were included also. The location was great. Very quiet part of the boulevard. The restuarant recommendations that Brittany gave were great as well. The only thing I would suggest adding is a full length mirror other than that everything was great. I would stay there again. We had a great vacation.
