- Set above the sea level at 7400 ft in Wayanad, WellBeingVilla in Wayanad is a 5-bedroom eco-friendly home built in a Kerala-style Nalukkettu architecture with distinctive sloping roofs and pillars. - Nestled in a 50-acre hilltop private coffee plantation estate on the river banks of Pozhuthana River, WellBeingVilla promises an off-beat Wayanad escape. - As your journey ascends up the Malabar hills from Calicut International Airport (74 km) it starts to weave a story about what you are going to experience. - If you choose to drive from Bangalore through Mysore and the Bandipur National Park (300 km), you may sight wild elephants and other interesting wildlife. Both of these picturesque drives will tempt you to stop, pose and click many times. Vythiri is along the way and only 7 km from the villa. - The Villa is 100% solar powered with a regular power supply as a backup. The estate uses rainwater harvesting and prides itself on being an eco-friendly property. - The villa has its very own Ayurvedic Spa (therapists are available with a prior appointment). Indulge in an authentic ayurvedic Kerala massage to experience deep relaxation and healing in a holistic way in this serene setting. - The poomukhom verandah has an inviting space called charupadi in its native tongue with seating for up to 12 which is open on all four sides and forms a part of the Vedic traditional and Dravidian architecture. It invites one to relax and enjoy the views around the home, the breeze, the sunrise, the sunset and the rain. - The villa is spaced across 2 levels. Access the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The first floor has 3 bedrooms with balconies; all bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms. The grand staircase with the beauteous bannister separates the 2 levels. - The Nalukettu open courtyard allows for natural lighting to spread across the villa. Gorgeous 360-degree views around the villa offer you spectacular views from all windows and balconies that include the coconut tree line, coffee and cocoa plantations, pepper vines and other flora and fauna.

This place was really worth of what we have paid. Little difficult finding the location using the map, except this everything was so good and exactly what has been described. Stayed for 1 day/night, going to come back for sure!!
Not worth to stay paying so much
The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The place has 5 spacious bedrooms, enough to house 10-15 people. The caretaker, Arjun, and the chef were incredibly helpful. They took care of each and every request. Amaljeet, the estate manager, was very helpful as well. We found the place slightly overpriced. The food was home-cooked and super delicious. Again, the food as well felt a tad bit expensive, but everything was hygienic and very well arranged. Had an incredible stay. Would highly recommend this property to everyone. It's a bit isolated from local tourist spots and finding local transport is hard if you don't have your own vehicle. The hammocks, swings, garden, badminton court, everything was on point. Also, the directions mentioned on Airbnb are a bit off. Request the manager to fix the same, please. On a lighter note, please go with a nice group of friends unlike mine who left me alone in the jungle at night without a phone and flashlight.
The home itself is beautiful - it is large & spacious, with enough room for a group as large as ours i.e. 7 adults & 3 kids. The staff within the home are amazing - Arjun & Raju cooked yummy, traditional food & served us all the coffee/tea we needed and were also very friendly. The owner of the house, Nalini, was also very easy to communicate with. The home is nestled in the middle of an estate so it's extremely peaceful & quiet with a lot of greenery surrounding it. It was a perfect location for the little family getaway that we were on. I highly recommend the gorgeous home to anyone! The property management is by Saffron Stays & there's way too many people that I had to communicate with, which caused a lot of confusion - there should've been a single point of contact. There were also messages that were not responded to - perhaps the channels of communication were too much for the team themselves. I hope the feedback is acted upon to create a better experience.
