Great location and very clean and how it was described. Was very easy check in and so close to walk everywhere! Very nice view of Porto bridge and the water and had everything needed

it's difficult to review this AirBNB. the location was amazing, the views, convenience, and the reasonable price. honestly, end of the day, for me, but maybe not for my fiancee, putting up with the issues was worth it considering the location and price. issues in the apartment are mentioned in other reviews. it appears to be the result of a hasty renovation for the purpose of listing the three units in the building for Airbnb. the odor people mention is likely from sewer gas from an improperly vented plumbing fixture. close the bathroom door and it stays trapped there. the floor was recently installed but creaked and some boards were springy, we could hear the upstairs neighbors and I'm sure downstairs could hear us. bottom line, if you aren't planning to spend much time there, the very reasonable price and amazing neighborhood may make it worth it for you. if you are more picky, I wouldn't recommend. didn't meet Paulo but communication was good, and was flexible

Great apartment with beautiful river views and great location close to all the attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Porto is a wonderful town!

Very convenient location with easy access to the seafront and the second level of the bridge. Great view from the minibalcony. There are a few trams passing by, but it’s not very important when you're on holiday. The apartment has all the essentials; the only thing missing were glasses for port wine, but that's a minor issue.
