Very conveniently located close to Uni of Birmingham which I where I needed to be everyday. Good value for money, quick communication and everything you need for a short stay. Can be a little noise with guests going up and down the stairs and in the adjacent rooms, so be mindful if that bothers you. During a couple of days I had specially noise upstairs room neighbours but contacted Stay and the issue was resolved.

We enjoy our stay here. The only down fall was that, as we were staying the apartment at the front of the house the outside light was left on all night and shining through the closed blinds. The walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING!! From toilets being flushed. It is situated in the student part of the city. There’s a lot to do round there and close to bars and restaurants. This place is a great place to stay if your only doing one night or the weekend…at a push. I probably would stay again.
