The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This stay is very close to the bus-stand, railway station is about 2 km away and the airport about 25 km away. Although this apartment is in the commercial capital of Goa it is away from the noise and chaos of the city. The space is spacious, clean and peaceful. Being on the 1st floor one has to climb a few steps. The space is best suited for a large group and the hall can also double up as an office. There is a large hall with a spacious balcony, adjoining is the kitchen also with a balcony. when one keeps both these balcony doors open, one can feel the breeze blowing through the hall and out through the kitchen. Than comes a 2 bedded Ac room, a large single bedded room, connected to this is a 3 single bedded ac room and yet another large single bedded room with a computer and table. Adjoining this room is another large balcony with easy chair seating.

The place is a good stay for a group of friends or group of more the 6+ members. The location of the place needs a correction which I have mentioned to Cedric as well. The rooms are clean with Ac in 2 rooms. About the Host - Cedric is a very nice person, very helpful we checked inn late though he responded at night and came to give us the keys. The rooms are good, clean and good for a short stay.
The stay was pretty good. If you are coming with a large number of people in a group then it's perfect for you and most importantly it's near to the railway station. And lots of facilities were provided and in my opinion, it's the best stay if you are looking for a long stay.
Place was okay as AC was just in 2 rooms and not in the common areas and there was just 1 switch which controlled both AC and Geyser, we had to switch everytime we wanted to use 1 or the another, Refrigerator was stinking. Walk in passage doesn't have any lights.
Good place to stay with friends with more than 5 folks
If you are planning a group visit, please note there is only one functional bathroom and the other one cannot be used at all. Also, the place was not clean and had a neighbor who was completely intoxicated coming and asking unwanted questions. He also followed us which was threatening. We pain in full for 4 days but left the very next day.
