House itself is nice, fairly clean, has a bunch handy things. Most seating wobbly/damaged. Both pool cues disappointingly broken, fireplace full of ash with nothing to clean it out with. Oven needs racks, vacuum needs emptying and pretty useless. Garden waste and pile of bricks at entry brings it down, but otherwise garden is nice. Needs mattress protectors and tea towels. Toilet cistern runs and tops up noisily every couple mins (turned it off at night). A bit of love beyond the basic clean would make it a great place to stay.

Was a beautiful house and close to a small beach accessible by stairs as advertised (though very small, but still lovely) Only two problems with the stay was that unlike other airbnbs there was no basic ammenities like salt, oil, or blankets for when the night got cold; and the hosts were completely uncontactable. Messaged repeatedly to no avail, and even contacting airbnb to solve the problem didn’t work. Aside from that I would recommend the property, and had a good time.

A good place to stay for a family gathering. Near enough to Nowra for grocery shopping; Berry/Gerringong for dining out and the vineyards for wine.
