Clean room with sofa bed (queen size) that has a good top madras for a good night of sleep. Views to the green areas and glimpses of the ocean. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor, stairs only. There is a private bathroom and a shared creative and green living space. Relax and enjoy your stay in the comfy armchair. Or use the creative space to paint, if you get inspired after a visit to Louisiana. We have a boy, 4 years. He is sweet but usually gets up 7 am. Usually quiet, but not guaranteed ;-) The private room has a desk with chair, cabinet for storage and a sofa bed (double bed, queen size). There is a private bathroom with shower and toilet. In the apartment there is a creative green living space where you can relax in the armchair or in the hammock. You can paint in the room too, if you want. You are free to use the kitchen and living room for your meals, just clean after yourself. It is a quiet neighborhood, so you won't hear much traffic. The only thing that can interrupt your morning sleep is our 4 year old kid, who sometimes can be irritated in the mornings, like any other kid. He is really sweet and curious, so he might knock on your door and come with a smile.
