We stayed here as a large group of 6 during our trip to Tokyo. Rumika was an AMAZING host who was extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating to our group’s needs. She shared plenty of recommendations/info about Tokyo prior to our arrival and ensured we had detailed check in instructions. The airbnb was easy to find, spacious for 6 people and the place was clean. During our stay Rumika was extremely responsive when we had questions and went above and beyond! Would highly highly recommend this place. A big plus was nice neighborhood cafes and restaurants all around within a quick walk.
Highly recommend this location. Host is very responsive and gives great recommendations and directions on how to get to the location. Love the area! Used vending machines just outside for coffee, but a lovely coffee breakfast sandwich place a few blocks away. Residential area and feel very safe. Would definitely recommend for those who need a breather after being in the big bustling city all day.
very pretty neighborhood. very peaceful neighborhood. eazy access to a rail station. several food options and quick access to a convenience store. had plenty of space for my group of 6 adults. would stay here again!

Hi Everyone, I am Rumika, a mother of loveable 1 year old boy. I was born and raised in Hatsudai. (This area is one station from Shinjuku station.) I still live in this area with my family. Hatsudai can easily access the areas of Shinjuku, Shibuya, Nakano, Tsukiji market, Roppongi, Aoyama. It is a very convenient place. Although it is one station from Shinjuku, many locals live. I think that it is a very safe area. The shopping area is also a 1-minute walk away. Supermarkets and convenience stores are a 3-minute walk away. There are also many local eateries.
