Perfect for pontification and, if you're lucky, an epic sunset. Cook in the spacious kitchen. Walk to Golden Gate Park. Brilliant getaway for advanced surfers; you step right off the beach into our yard. Convenient to go out downtown; safe and quiet when you come home. Easy street parking on our block. Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. NOTE: The living room and kitchen are shared with myself and one other guest bedroom. The bathroom is shared with only one other guest bedroom. The room is part of a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat- the entire second floor of a 3-story building. It's the westernmost building in the U.S. at our exact latitude :) The building is a 1969 construction, so it's a little worn. But, I take excellent care of the whole house. There's a brand new furnace with central heat to ensure you are cozy during the San Francisco nights. This bedroom has morning sun, facing East on the street. The living room has an ocean view. No noise, though- this is a quiet neighborhood. When you arrive, the two twin-size beds will be ready hotel-style with a crisp clean sheet set, comforter, duvets, and two complete sets of towels. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook and entertain. Please ask me in advance about additional dinner guests, allowing me to coordinate between guests, so we don't have a dinner party collision.
