Ben's place is very nice: it is right on the water and you can catch a nice sunset in peace. However, for the price we paid (which ended up being something like $600/night with taxes and fees), there were some glaring absences. First, the place was advertised as coming with a crib/pack and play. This was crucial for our family as we have a toddler and an infant. Second, there was no toaster--something you would expect in a kitchen that has all sorts of other complicated appliances and accessories. While we had a nice stay--the views really can't be beat--it was not a good value for our family.

Lovely, quiet space by the water and just 10 mins into St Pete. We loved it! The patio was my favorite. It was so peaceful to sit and watch the jumping fish and birds in the morning and evening. The house was plenty spacious for my 4 person family. Lots of amenities in the kitchen for cooking which was also helpful too.

Ben and Ngoc were wonderfully quick to respond to my messages, happily taking care of any questions. They even kindly provided a yoga mat when I asked if there was one, which was such a thoughtful touch! The property boasted a breathtaking view, providing a relaxing atmosphere. There were a couple of times that the neighbors were doing some work but it wasn’t for extended periods. Our trip was a delightful blend of vacation and work, and the internet connection was reliably fast. We had everything we needed to whip up our meals. We loved that there were so many bowls, plates, utensils, and all the kitchen stuff we needed. As an Asian, the rice cooker was very much useful. There was ample space for everyone to lounge and the roomy kitchen and countertops were a real bonus when multiple people were cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in St. Petersburg!

We had a great time here with awesome water views from the backyard. Great location and close to downtown. Ben, the host, was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. Can’t recommend this place enough! Very clean with a great kitchen and all the amenities you need. Felt right at home and we had a great weekend!

Nice home with a great kitchen. Sitting in the back patio listening the birds and watching fish jump out the water was relaxing. We enjoyed paddle boarding in the canals, launch right for the back yard. Rode the bikes in the quiet neighborhood and down to Bayshore Blvd. Having the gas grill was a plus. The wood dock is sagging in the middle. Didn’t need it launch the paddle boards form the sea wall. Thank you
