Rhonda’s place was perfect for us. It was an amazing location: quiet, tree lined street, a short walk into town and right near the beach. The place was clean & clutter free but set up in a way that made you feel right at home. We so appreciated the fact that it was dog friendly and had a big yard for our pup to play. Rhonda was thoughtful in her approach to guests, kept us well informed and was very communicative.

The Cottages on College ae the perfect spot for a short stay close to the beach. Rhonda and Lindsay were incredibly accommodating for myself and family, allowing us an extended stay during the holiday season. They had the place tastefully decorated for the holidays when we arrived, allowing for a comfortable, stress-free arrival. Their home came well-equipped with everything we needed, including some fantastic coffee! We were able to make good use of the quiet, private neighbourhood, walking past the other beautiful historic homes on the street and visiting the shops in town (5 minute walk). We were even able to wander down to the beach and enjoy the unseasonable warmth. This area has everything you need, no matter the season. I will return again any time I am in the area, and recommend it to anyone else that has the opportunity to stay in this little gem.
