Entire house conveniently located in Chelsea. One minute from the Larrimac Golf Club, 7 minutes from the renowned Nordik Spa, 5 minutes from the vibrant tourist village of Chelsea with its diverse pubs, cafés and wine bars. Just a stone's throw from Gatineau Park, with its cross-country skiing and mountain biking trails, this home is sure to come in handy for all your wellness or outdoor getaways. It's also close to several ski resorts (Edelweiss, Fortune, Cascade). The furnishings reflect my passion for travel and the outdoors. Nothing is luxurious, but it will appeal to those who like a little funk. Travelers have access to one acre of land, which is perfect for those who travel with their furry companion. There's a large master bedroom, with a very comfortable queen-size bed. You have access to a dresser and a clothes rack. The 2nd bedroom is smaller, with a double bed, ideal for children. Although the kitchen is small, it's well equipped for preparing a good meal: keurig coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, vitamix blender, pots and pans, woks, Chinese fondue kit, micro-wave and kettle. If you're a music lover, you'll love the living room, where you can listen to vynils. There is a tv with access to Netflix, Crave and Prime. In the basement, there is a couch made from whiskey barrels. There's also a well-stocked library. To enjoy the fresh air, you can relax on the patio overlooking the backyard, surrounded by mature trees. Sip your coffee on the sofa or take your lunch. It's important to know that I live in this house full-time and go on getaways when my house is rented. So the fridge is stocked with all the condiments you could possibly need. Everything in the pantry is available to you too. For longer stays (3 days or more), I'll make sure the fridge is as empty as possible of my own food. There's a fire pit with everything you need to start a campfire. Check with me first to see if there is a fire ban. I will accept you furry companion but extra fees can be charged. You have access to many hiking and biking trails from my house.
