Our happy house is located in front of the sea, on a strategic and quiet area close to the Airport, El Rodadero, and Bello Horizonte. Our accommodation has three rooms, and open spaces to share with. It's an ideal space for resting. Thanks to its amenities, it is also perfect for working. It is located in a complex with a few houses, wide spaces, and vegetation. The area is far from crowds, making this a perfect spot to calm down, rest and share. Next to Casa Vela, Konna and Mamancana. FAQ: Are the swimming pools private? Answer: The pools are part of the social areas of the complex. This house is located in a complex that tends to have very low occupancy and is right in front of the ocean on a beach that is equally uncrowded. Often our guests are able to enjoy all areas exclusively. The house is located in a strategic area on the beach of Costa Azul, very close to the airport of Santa Marta, El Rodadero and areas such as Bello Horizonte, and is equipped with all the utensils and amenities necessary for a quiet and pleasant rest! The house is distributed as follows: - Master bedroom: (1) queen double bed + air conditioning + private bathroom + terrace. - Room 2: (2) single beds + air conditioning + terrace + private bathroom. - Room 3: (4) single beds (bunk beds or bunk beds) + air conditioning + social bathroom. - TV room. - Kitchen. - Indoor dining room. - Outdoor dining room. - Living room. - Outdoor terrace to share. - Direct access to the beach from the condominium. The house is equipped and conditioned for 8 guests. We allow up to 1 additional guest, if there are children (up to 12 years old) for a maximum of 9 people, understanding that guests will find the best way to accommodate. All guests (including children, infants and pets) must be indicated on the platform. The condo is next to Casa Vela and Casa Konna, very close to Mamancana and other renowned venues for weddings and events in Santa Marta. If you are invited to a wedding, for sure this accommodation is close by. It is important to note that the Conjunto is located right next to an event venue. Occasionally there are parties or events with loud music in the evening and early morning hours, a situation beyond the control of the host.

La casa y el condominio son muy agradables, ideales para viajar en familia y descansar. La playa es tranquila, dado lo alejado de la ciudad. El área de la piscina es muy bonita. La cocina y atención de Leris muy buena. Los recomendáremos.
Lugar encantador
Un logement encore plus beau en réalité qu’en photo. Le lieux est paradisiaque, les services proposés par Armando sont de très grandes qualités, la cuisine proposée est exquise. De plus la plage et la piscine sont très peu fréquentées et très agréables pour se reposer loin de la cohue de la ville. Merci pour ces quelques jours dans ce lieu merveilleux.
La casa es cómoda y tal como se describe y se ve en las fotos, está dentro de un condominio privado con una zona social frente a la playa, espectacular. Todo es excelente.
We stayed here for three months and it feels like my home away from home. You should know that there are a few event spaces right next door and there were several nights during our stay where the weddings there were extremely loud until 3:00am. There is nothing that the owner can do about this, but they can inquire ahead of time to see if any weddings or events are scheduled. The price we paid was also much higher than the condos nearby. For us it was worth it because the housing complex is just that, houses instead of condos, and the place has a pleasant homey feel. The pool and beach view are gorgeous. The place is very well maintained. You also need to know that there are a lot of cats who hang around the complex and some like to live right on the back porch of this house, especially Susy, an orange cat who is there every day. The complex is VERY safe and well secured which was also a huge plus. Overall, I miss pachocolo dearly and hope to return soon.
