Clean and good value apartment on the edge of the lido with good transport links. The apartment was lacking some basic items, such as toilet roll and blankets, and it was difficult to get hold of Andrea and her team to get these items provided. We were cold in the night with just a thin bed sheet on one of the beds (May) so I'd recommend bringing something warm as even after asking no blankets were provided. Be mindful there's a tourist tax of €4 per person per night payable go the host on arrival.

Bardzo polecam. Czysty nowy apartament, czysta pościel, nowe meble, bardzo ładne łazienki. Trochę daleko do centrum Wenecji ale bardzo dobra i łatwa komunikacja.

Andrea’s place gave us just what we needed for a group of 5 people. The apartment was clean, big and safe. There was good A/C and a good washer. Andrea was very friendly and nice. Do be aware of the Venice tourist tax that is charged upon check in by Andrea. Thank you Andrea!

At first, communication was slow, important questions about checkin we’re not answered for a week. The few spider webs and stained mirrors were rather acceptable, but the flat was in poor conditions, as weird stains were scattered all over the walls. After complaining we had to stay the first night here. To be fair, after the first faux pas on checkin, Viviana was very responsive and checked us to another apartment in better conditions. It’s a pity we had to move, and therefore lose a precious day of our trip. A day before ending our trip, the cleaning personnel asked us to checkout, as the change in apartments was not communicated properly. Other than this, the beach is super close and the complex is a typical modern development with all amenities you can expect. Be aware, the next supermarket is not exactly walkable, but good restaurants are nearby. Viviana is a polite & friendly host. I’m optimistic our feedback was taken well and the experience will improve for future guests!

Tout d’abord nous avions réservé l’appartement d’Andrea en rez de jardin et nous avons eu celui de Viviana à l’étage. Cela n’a pas été gênant à cette époque mais en été nous n’aurions pas apprécié. Le prix annoncé ne correspond pas car il faut ajouter au prix airbnb la taxe de séjour de 4€ par personne et par jour alors que cela n’etait pas annoncé lors de notre réservation, au final 120€ de plus soit 20% non prévus au budget. L’appartement est très bien mais un manque cruel de vaisselle, de couverts, un kit de première nécessité aurait été apprécié (pastilles de lave vaisselle par exemple). Pas de four, on peut se passer d’un micro onde mais le four nous paraît indispensable. D’un pont de vu ménage sols très sales , pas de protège matelas, juste un drap. Nous avons dû mettre le chauffage car une simple couverture très fine. Nous avons cependant passé un excellent séjour et l’appartement est idéal pour 3 couples car 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains.
