The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 well-furnished bedrooms - all on the ground floor. - Amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi, double-beds, luggage racks and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - 3 of the bedrooms have an attached verandah with ample seating arrangements and 1 bedroom opens up to the indoor courtyard. - 3 rooms offer separate seating areas, and a workstation is offered in 1 of the bedrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms in the villa - All bathrooms have bathtubs, geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - A shower cubicle is offered in 3 bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - There is a spacious living room, featuring various vintage furnishings including sofas, a lounger, and a diwan. It can seat up to 12 people. - It offers amenities like an AC, Wi-Fi, and a portable music system. - There is a separate dining room with a wooden dining table that can seat up to 10 people and is equipped with an AC. - The bar counter is attached to the dining room and is equipped with bar stools. - Next to the living room is the library area, with a bookshelf, and a chair tucked away in a corner, making for an ideal reading spot. - The indoor courtyard is equipped with a diwan, chairs, and a coffee table. - The indoor courtyard opens up to a small garden that is equipped with a fountain, bench, chairs, and coffee tables. - The entrance has a verandah, with benches and a coffee table. - The villa has a private swimming pool, with a pool deck equipped with sunbeds, chairs, and benches. - The pool is 20x8 metres in size and approximately 5ft. in depth. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 100 per meal. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - An additional charge of Rs. 100 will be levied for cleaning. - The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, baking ware, and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. It will be served from 8 AM to 10 AM.  - An in-house cook can be provided on a per-meal basis. - Please note that groceries for the above meals will be charged additionally, as per actuals. - Guests can also order from the pre-planned meal menus as well as the A La Carte items mentioned in the Meals section. - Guests are requested to convey their meal preferences to the cook at least 5 hours in advance. - Guests can also order in or go out to nearby restaurants.
