Great location very close to the ocean and board walk. Great views of the ocean and the city of Porto from the apartment. Very quiet area not alot of traffic. The secure parking is nice. If your looking for great place to stay. Look no further.

Really nice clean apartment in new construction. We had a fully functional kitchen and were able to make dinner easily. since this is a new area for development the address was not yet on Google Maps and so we did have some trouble finding it. You'll need to have a car to get out for sightseeing or to explore restaurant options in Porto. If you're happy just hanging and relaxing there's a great bike path and access to the beach.

The Sea&River apartment was wonderful. The location. Is perfect for access to the beach. Everything is walking distance. Viewing the sunset from the balcony was truly amazing. Many restaurants in the area as well as beaches, walking/riding path. The apartment has everything you need - washer/dryer was great. There were nice fluffy white bathrobes that made you feel like you were in a 5 star hotel. Having beach towels available to use was nice. Water pressure and hot water was great. The bed was very comfortable. Luis is a very responsive host - the snacks and water provided were much appreciated. He went above and beyond when I sustained an injury - translating and helping me navigate the medical system. Great apartment and a fantastic host. I hope to return some day. Don’t hesitate to book!

The view is amazing! The bed and pillows were of good quality as well as the linens. The home was spotless with the best quality appliances. We also appreciated the designated parking in the underground garage. Did I mention the view?

This is a beautiful private studio with an unobstructed view of the ocean shore. Amenities were there to cook and it was easy to go to town via Uber or Bolt.
